A personalized dog rescue!
CB Rescue Foundation is a registered non-profit dog rescue located in Calgary, Alberta. We are 100% volunteer based. All adoption fees are put back into the rescue to help more dogs. We specialize in saving dogs, fostering dogs, and finding each of them the perfect home. CB Rescue saves 90% of our dogs from within Alberta and 10% from outside the province.
We like to think of CB Rescue as a personalized service rescue. We match every dog with its perfect family. In order to do that we take the time to get to know the family, their activity level, their experience with dogs, their family dynamics, why they want a dog at this time, etc... We do not adopt based on a first-come, first-served system.
Belinda Morrison, the Founder, personally chooses every family that adopts from CB Rescue. Her adoption process is extensive but this is why CB has a less than 1% return rate, one of the best in Alberta. CB Rescue strives to set both the dog and the family up for a lifetime of success. This is why CB provides education for each family, including dog nutrition and a trainer when needed. Belinda is always there to support each and every family. Once a CB dog always a CB dog!
