All of our dogs are fully vetted before they are adopted.
All dogs at CB Rescue are on the Natural Dog Diet for better health and longevity.
We require our dogs to participate in either puppy or obedience classes as per our adoption agreement.

Meet Alvin
Location: Calgary
Alvin is 4 years old and weighs 22 lbs, and while you see a smiling, healthy boy now, he has actually come a long way to get here. His before and after tells the story. He has overcome quite a bit and is now thriving, feeling good, and ready for a fresh start with a family of his own.
Alvin is a sweet, friendly boy who enjoys being around people and does well with other dogs. He has a gentle, easygoing personality and is the kind of dog who just wants to be part of your day.
He has great manners and is already crate trained, house trained, and walks nicely on leash. He settles in easily and brings a calm, comforting presence to the home.
He has that perfect balance of enjoying his walks and outings, but also being happy to relax and spend quiet time with his people. Alvin would do well in a home with a calm dog or as the only dog, as long as he has companionship and a stable environment.

He enjoys getting out for walks but is just as happy curling up beside you at the end of the day. At only 14 lbs, he’s a wonderful size for condo living, travel, or an active family lifestyle. Each puppy will do best going to his own home where he can bond with his family and grow into his own confident dog.
